04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

All transactions on bjbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. bjbaj currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service;
• Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — the mobile banking solution from Dutch-Bangla Bank;
• Upay — the digital wallet from United Commercial Bank.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account promptly after verification. When depositing, use the correct reference number and your own registered number. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method, and transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before processing a withdrawal, bjbaj may request the necessary documents for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed. If bjbaj suspects irregular activity, it reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until a further investigation is completed.

4.3 Currency & Currency Conversion

bjbaj provides services in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Attempting to transact in a foreign currency is prohibited. Any conversion charges imposed by the user's payment provider are to be borne by the user.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbaj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

There is a set time limit for meeting the wagering requirements; if the requirements are not met within that time, the bonus may be cancelled. Certain games may be excluded from wagering calculations — contact bjbaj for details.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions;
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts;

09 Limitation of Liability
